TIGER – BROWN SUGAR: It has a deep natural caramel flavour and aroma. Compared with normal brown sugar syrup, Tiger brown surgar syrup is “stronger”, “thicker” and “stickier” which can be drizzled on the wall of cups to make your tiger stripes.

Recipe for 500ml dirty milk tea:

• Cook pearls in normal way.
• Mix 250ml brown sugar syrup with 250ml hot water.
• Mix the liquid with pearls and stew for 15-25 mins (add more water to cover the pearls).
• Squeeze tiger brown sugar syrup on the cup.
• Add one scoop of pearls into the cup.
• Add ice then pour in milk until the cup is full.
